Senior desk rule PLAY / STOP / HALT never close tickets. Only ProfitScouter (or the one-shot Harvest script) closes. STOP ≠ FLAT.

Profit CASH & Loss CASH — best use

Profit CASH is the hard bank floor (stock +100 for mid-size books). Loss CASH stock −100 stays OFF until you arm LOSS ON — no surprise flatten.

TRAIL — best use

TRAIL protects pullbacks between cash floors. It does not replace Profit CASH. Default seed is OFF — turn on when winners keep giving back before the bank.

Premium · Volume Profile & Order Flow

Where to care · whether to act

Volume Profile marks the price levels that matter (POC, value area, HVN/LVN). Order flow decides whether to act at those levels (absorb, imbalance, acceptance). Classic engines (PP / SuperTrend / SuperBollinger) still set direction bias. Master switch stays OFF until you arm Premium on purpose.

Two different “VPOF” buttons

Chart / Desk TRACK · VPOF|OFF — entry participation. Does not close tickets.
ProfitScouter VPOF|OFF — structure exit arm. When ON, pauses dollar CASH/LAYER/TRAIL that cycle.

How the algorithm works

Master OFF? Classic Velocity only — no OF/VP fill skips. Stop here if you are learning the desk.
Tape quality — EXCHANGE / LAST (full rules) · PROXY (FX profile context only) · NONE (abstain).
Build profile — prior session POC, VAH, VAL, HVN, LVN + developing session profile.
Refresh flow — GATE uses a short tape window; FILTER/VOTE/SOLO roll M1 absorb into closed M5.
Regime — BALANCE (fade edges) · TREND (LVN pullback, never fade) · TRANSITION (accept / fail).
Join mode — GATE / FILTER / VOTE / SOLO decides how VPOF may allow, veto, vote, or lead.
Class policy (2.17) — FX / CMD / Crypto can use different modes; FX under PROXY forces classic drive and abstains on VOTE/SOLO.

Sparse by design Expect fires on roughly 5–15% of M5 bars. Mid-range with no level reads as noise (“not at a level”). Forcing more fires usually means you are over-tuning.

PROXY vs FULL — what makes it right

Do not treat PROXY as exchange tape On FX, Volume Profile is approximate context. VOTE/SOLO abstain. Scouter will not invent absorb cuts on PROXY. Reverse structure cuts can still fire if direction/confidence are clear.

What makes a setup right

Ignore Premium. Leave InpOFVPEnable=false. Learn PLAY/STOP, FIXED 0.01, Profit CASH. Treat TRACK VPOF|OFF and Scouter VPOF|OFF as “not yet.”

ScalpDay — dollar harvest only.

Enable Premium + GATE (or FX FILTER). Watch TRADE INFO quality label. TRACK DUAL · LEVELS on · STAND DOWN around news. Keep Scouter VPOF OFF. Do not retune row ticks, VA%, or imbalance.

Day — FX FILTER; crypto FILTER→VOTE when quality is FULL.

Class overrides: FX FILTER, Crypto VOTE/SOLO. Entry rules left at 0 → 2× native confidence/cooldown. Scouter VPOF ON for structure exits on FULL symbols only. Self-check fire rate stays sparse.

Swing — GATE/FILTER + structure bank at VA/POC can replace dollar chase.

How to ignore it (safe)

Leave master InpOFVPEnable=false — desk matches Velocity legacy fills.
Or leave enable ON but set chart/desk TRACK → VPOF|OFF — levels may draw; entries do not participate.
Scouter: keep VPOF|OFF so CASH/LAYER/TRAIL own exits.
LEVELS / HIDE is cosmetic only — hiding lines does not turn Premium off.

Deployment

Windows deploy (non-tech)

Get from ZIP to a live Premium desk without engineering. Full picture: docs/WINDOWS_DEPLOY_SIMPLE.md.

Five moves

Clone or unzip GsignalX-Velocity.
Run deploy\Click-and-Run-Deploy.bat (or Clean-and-Deploy after upgrades).
In MT5: Algo Trading ON.
Start ProfitScouter, then attach Trade Center (DeskExecute ON).
Run Confirm-After-Start.bat and press Telegram VERIFY until green.

Demo first. One FX symbol. FIXED 0.01. Leave Premium Order Flow OFF. Join the desk community if deploy feels stuck — share redacted CONFIRM notes only.

Load practice pack .set for $20/$50/$100. Keep Service Yield ON if both Desk and Service run. Confirm themes are cosmetic only.

Topology B (headless Service) only when you do not need the desk panel. Dual-track and OF/VP stay opt-in. PersistPeaks remains on so peaks survive restarts.

Watches open positions and banks at a money floor. Never opens trades. The profit path never closes losers.

Scalp CASH ON · START ON · learn BANK/CUT/FLAT with confirm. Size Profit CASH down for $20/$50 books — do not keep stock 100 on a micro account.

Day Add TRAIL when winners peak then fade. Keep AUTO ON for loser hygiene. Loss CASH stays OFF unless your prop plan requires it.

Swing Optional structure-exit arm (VPOF) is separate from dollar CASH. Manual BANK/CUT/FLAT still work. Leave OF/VP OFF until PROXY vs FULL is clear.

ProfitScouter’s VPOF button is an exit arm — independent from chart/desk entry Premium.

Use vs ignore

Ignore (recommended first): leave VPOF|OFF — especially scalps and FX PROXY.
Use: day/swing on FULL crypto/CMD after levels prove stable; structure bank instead of chasing stock +100.
Manual BANK / CUT / FLAT always still work.
PROXY FX will not invent absorb cuts — do not turn VPOF ON expecting tape magic on EURUSD.

Single Signal UI

Chart panel & roster strip

See direction, PLAY state, and lot chip on the chart. Under Topology A, treat the chart as read-only — Trade Center owns the magic.

FOLLOW | WAIT — FOLLOW keeps filling latest direction; WAIT avoids flipping while opposite exposure remains.

THEME and Vision (Near / Comfort / Far) — appearance only.

Roster strip

Carousel ADD / SWAP / REM with per-row STATE. No PLAY / EQ / PROP on the strip — keep control on Trade Center.

Attach on M5 for visibility. Do not enable chart entries when DeskExecute already fills the same magic.

Use strip to watch fleet state while Trade Center runs the book. Themes sync cosmetically per host.

Dual-track: TRACK · ARM ▲/▼ · STAND DOWN · LEVELS. Arming is not an order. PLAY/STOP stay independent of TRACK. Full OF/VP chapter: Volume Profile & Order Flow.

Single Signal + OF/VP

On the chart panel, Premium participation is the dual-track row:

TRACK cycles OFF → AUTO → MAN → DUAL. Caption VPOF|OFF means entries do not use VPOF (levels may still draw).
ARM ▲ / ARM ▼ — arming is not an order; engine still validates.
STAND DOWN — pause entries for a cool-off window (default ~20 min).
LEVELS | HIDE — drawings only; never changes join logic or closes tickets.

Status line shows regime, confidence, quality (EXCHANGE/LAST/PROXY), and reason. Under Topology A, keep chart entries off the shared magic — use the strip to read OF/VP while Trade Center fills.

Ignore path TRACK → VPOF|OFF (or master enable false). You can still study POC/VA lines with LEVELS on.

Day STOP once → REM unused pairs → START one FX → PLAY. STOP at session end. Prop CLEAR only when you intend to resume after a soft lock.

Practice coach soft-applies fleet/category; money floors stay in .set files. SUSPEND crypto overnight. Use VERIFY until Telegram is green.

PLAY alone does not clear Prop lock — use PROP CLEAR. Challenge tip: equity DD arms only when you set them (stock Prop max equity DD 0 = OFF).

Multisymbol Dashboard + OF/VP

Trade Center shares the same Premium inputs and dual-track controls as the chart:

TRACK / LEVELS / STAND DOWN on the automation row — same meanings as Single Signal.
TRADE INFO shows OF/VP quality, POC/VA, VPOF setup hint, Track / StandDown state — or OFF when Premium is disabled.
Class modes (2.17): set InpOFVPModeFX=FILTER while crypto can run VOTE/SOLO when tape is FULL.

Fleet tip STAND DOWN the noisy symbol; do not disable the whole desk. REM or SUSPEND pairs that stay PROXY-confused if you armed SOLO by mistake.

Fund growth ladder

20 → 50 → 100 → 250+: reload practice packs; raise ASAP family; % risk starts to matter above ~€200–250. Min lot dominates below ~$200.

Session timing

Prefer London–NY overlap for FX scalps and day books. Avoid Asia FX for small practice books. Friday FX stop default hour 20.

Telegram alerts

Soft VERIFY — Verified when ≥1 numeric chat receives the probe; dead chats are skipped. Trader-live: deals + PROP. Investor-quiet: DAILY + PROP. Full notes: docs/TELEGRAM_NOTIFY.md.

Prop behaviour

Soft STOP never flattens. PLAY alone does not clear Prop lock — use PROP CLEAR. Challenge equity DD only when you set it. Stock Prop max equity DD 0 = OFF.
